I was born and raised in Corvallis, Oregon. This sleepy little town offers lots of history and charm, a factor which helped lead me to pursue a degree in History in my hometown at Oregon State University. I have shown Arabian horses for the past seventeen years and they continue to be a large part of my life both in and out of the show arena.
I like to write about history, but I also love to write about the human experience. I enjoy creating heroic characters who solve problems in their lives with dignity and honesty. I also enjoy going on a journey with characters who have strong bonds to their friends and family. I am an only child who was blessed with supportive parents and some incredibly strong friendships. These relationships have led me to enjoy exploring the road to that kind of bond. Love makes the world go around!
